Anyone remember that brilliant video of Hayden Panettiere trying to save a whale, and then when she fails sobbing on her knees? I KNOW... comedy gold. Well anyways, she had an arrest warrant put out for her, so she wasn't allowed to go back to Japan. Well guess what...? She's been given the clear to return!
