
Looks like the DEA has issued a subpoena to MK, requiring that she testify in front of a grand jury. This doesn't really mean much, as she can still demand immunity. And although that looked fishy yesterday, I guess it's normal to seek immunity before you testify, as a grand jury can press you for anything on the spot, even unrelated to the scenario you're called in for.
UPDATE: Nevermind. The case was officially closed today.
